The proposed acquisition starts with 6 MW of existing utility capacity and a path to 36 MW, subject to closing and grid expansion.

Gorilla Technology announced a nonbinding letter of intent on October 9, 2026, to acquire its first operating U.S. data center. The company says the site has 6 megawatts of existing utility capacity, with a potential expansion to 36 MW.
Written utility support covers an additional 30 MW, which Gorilla expects could be delivered in approximately 18 months, subject to site and grid work. The announcement does not identify the site’s location.
