Crusoe’s Second Tulsa Factory Adds Electrical Manufacturing Capacity for AI Campuses

A 400,000-square-foot facility expands Crusoe’s in-house production of switchgear, switchboards and other electrical components.

Source announcement: September 14, 2026

Crusoe opened its second manufacturing facility in Tulsa on September 14. The company says the new site adds 400,000 square feet and brings its national manufacturing footprint to approximately one million square feet.

Its Tulsa operations manufacture medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchboards, electrical enclosures, industrial controls and copper busbar. Crusoe reported more than 300 local craft workers across the two facilities, supporting electrical equipment production for AI infrastructure projects.

Infraday’s analysis: manufacturing capacity is a delivery constraint upstream of the data hall. Expanding fabrication and assembly can help coordinate equipment supply with construction, although actual project schedules still depend on design approvals, testing, logistics and installation readiness.
