Scope
Architectural and engineering qualifications are sought for a phased assessment, programming and design effort at a future public works operations center. The work begins with site and building surveys, structural and systems assessments, as-built documentation, operational programming, conceptual layouts, stormwater planning, cost and schedule development, and may extend to detailed design and construction administration.
