What's included in a sponsorship?

Your selected package includes the passes, visibility and participation benefits listed above. Event-specific fulfillment details are confirmed before purchase.

Can we participate as a speaker?

Platinum, Gold and Silver include speaking opportunities subject to program approval, agenda availability and topic fit. No specific panel placement is guaranteed. Hospitality welcome remarks also require approval.

How many passes are included?

Platinum: 15. Gold: 10. Silver: six. Exhibitor: three. Supporting: two. Reception includes four; each other additional opportunity includes two. All are full-conference passes. Event-specific exceptions are shown in the package details.

Can we sponsor multiple events?

Yes. Contact Infraday to discuss your preferred events, availability and a customized multi-event proposal.

Can we purchase a standalone branding opportunity?

Yes, once the opportunity has been verified for the event. It can be purchased independently or alongside a primary sponsorship.

What happens after purchasing?

Your order confirmation summarizes your package. Infraday will coordinate logo files, company links, attendee names, exhibit requirements and any approved speaker details. Please include the event name and order number when contacting Infraday.
