Overview
CoolIT Systems is a Calgary-based direct liquid-cooling company serving AI, high-performance computing and data-center deployments. Founded in 2001, it engineers coldplates, server loops, rack manifolds and coolant distribution units, supported by high-volume manufacturing in Canada, China and Vietnam and field coverage in more than 80 countries. CoolIT became a wholly owned Ecolab subsidiary in July 2026, extending its technology into Ecolab’s broader water, cooling-fluid and digital-optimization platform. Current development includes higher-capacity coldplates and systems designed for near-total server heat capture.
